OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR TAKE 5 LOCATION #915
The store manager was very knowledgeable. She shared information with me that previous technicians did not explain, e.g., their 0-20 oil is full synthetic, I can return in three months for a checkup and a top off of the oil, for free, if it's needed, and the sticker date is for 3k miles vice 5k-6k miles. Plus, she showed me the engine air filter after she checked it. She provided the best service I have ever received from this company. She should be promoted to your customer service training manager, and give her a pay raise. (And, tell the men technicians who don't want to work for a woman to get over it!) Thank you. Gina was pretty fast and professional not only with me but with the other car they were servicing before me.
