Oil Change in Tomball, TX at Take 5 #416

This is my first visit to Take Five Oil Change and it’s certainly won’t be my last, terrific service and price especially since I found a nice discount coupon online. They had several levels of synthetic oil with the proper filters and explained to me what the differences were so I could make a good decision. They checked several things, and my air filter and cabin filter were absolutely filthy. I don’t think the cabin filter had been changed in years, but I don’t think anybody else even bothered to check it. They were really courteous, thorough respectful, I was very impressed.

I needed to take my car in to get an oil change. I’ve taken it to other take fives in the past, but this one by far surpassed my expectations. Once I arrived, it was 30 minutes before closing time and all stalls were full. Yet the young gentleman Gabriel, who greeted me asked me what I was needing and told me it was not too late. He was extremely knowledgeable in assisting me with which type of oil change was most suitable for my vehicle and why. He was patient even With it being the end of a very long day for him with a pleasant and informative attitude. I unfortunately do not know the name of the other gentleman that was assisting him, but he was also quite kind and offered us waters while we waited. I highly recommend this take five location. The service is top-notch here!

Colin and Gabe were excellent. They answered all my questions and helped me make the best decision for my car. I'm going on a road trip and we discussed what would be best as well as some issues with my car I had noticed. They were thorough and gave friendly service. I will keep going back!

My husband and i moved to tomball 2 years ago and throughout our time here, this is our local take 5 we usually try to go to. My last oil change we couldn’t make it here, we had to go to the one on 2920/Kuykendal, it was a nightmare there. I let these workers know how bad my last experience was at the 2920 location and they were all extremely understanding and ready to do it the right way and they did. This is why we go here! We trust these guys with our vehicles. Great job.
