I have noticed that each time I have gone to this location there are new employees that I’ve never met it before. Perhaps their turnover is high but what I’ve noticed about each employee is that they’re great. They are knowledgeable of the services and products. They have Supply and they are also extremely cordial and polite. It’s almost like meeting New Friends every time you go and when you leave, you know, they’ll be happy to see your return. I will always patron this location.
As I was getting my oil change at the Take5 on Richmond Rd in Texarkana the two young men running the store did a very good job. They were thorough, friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions. Furthermore, two very very rude customers came in and screamed at them because they waited their turn in line for ten minutes…I’m not kidding! These two men Kevin and I believe the other one’s name was Chris, very kindly handled the situation even though the customers were being belligerent! I’ve been here before and will be back again because of the professionalism displayed by these two workers!
I dont know if it's possible to call an oil change fun, but Lee, Austin, and the other guy who was there were super chill, friendly, and great conversationalist. But they were a well oiled machine of a team. In the future I might go out of my way to this location next time I need an oil change.
Houston had outstanding customer service. He educated me on the service Take 5 has to offer. As we were waiting for fleet approval we had a great conversation. Kudos to him and his manger that was on duty with him tonight.
