The guys where very nice and friendly and friendly the cold bottle of water was a blessing because I had just came from getting new tires put on my car and they no longer have water or vending machines so I was so grateful for the complimentary bottle of water. Being disabled also I had a hard time finding the hood latch release inside the car and the gentleman was able to do that for me also with out getting an attitude. These guys went above and beyond what they needed to
I had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube in Temple, Texas. I was accompanied by my three-year-old granddaughter, and from start to finish I was treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism.
I was recommended the Temple location by my daughter. I’ve never visited a Take 5 in any city or State. Jose was very cordial. He explained what was going to happen prior to getting my approval to move forward. He reviewed my car fax prior to the oil change and discussed it with me. Roy did the second inspection after the oil change. The service was excellent. I didn’t mind the wait due to the quality of car on my vehicle. I live in Austin but will always return back to this location for my oil changes.
The guys did great. Payton was my main tech. He replaced a stubborn air filter in my passenger side and showed me that it needed replaced. They also showed me the new filter and the dipstick with the new, clean oil on it. Payton was very nice and personable 🥰
It's fast and easy. They were willing to take the time to answer some questions I had, which made the difference in whether to get the oil change or not. Obviously I got the job done.
