I have been going to Take 5 for about seven years for my oil changes because they are just a minute up the road. So imagine my surprise when I moved and found another Take 5 around the corner! Don was amazing, greeting me with a cold bottle of water and asking me how he could help. I told him that I needed an oil change, but when he got into it he asked if I've ever had my coolant flushed - which since I haven't been to the dealership in about 3 years, I said nope. So he took care of that, as well! He and his crew were very friendly, and I will 100% be back to see them. Thank you, Don!
I visited this place because my dealership didn’t have any appointments available. I pulled up and was immediately greeted with a cold bottle of water and questions about what brought me in. Excellent customer service! Don was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Additional services were recommended and when declined he encouraged us to come back to see him and he would take care of us. This location and it’s employees really stood out and I’ll be returning for future services here.
I cant remember the names of the employees that helped me out yesterday, but they went above and beyond my expectations. It was a young lady and 2 young men that took there time to explain everything in detail to me. Thanks again for the friendly and speedy experience.
I really enjoyed my visit to take 5. The employees were super friendly. Not only with me , but with all the other customers there, and each other. The camaraderie between the employees is very obvious and heartwarming to see people enjoy their work, and each other.
