Customer service / service done to the vehicle was just as great as the first time my mom and I came to this location off of I-35. I wanted to point out that Damian, Chris, and Jacob were all very helpful and kind during the time that we were there. Some cars in front might take a bit longer considering they might be getting more work done (just have some patience and time will fly) but other than that, our service was quick! I had a really great experience getting my oil change here. Even though there was a bit of line when I arrived in such a tight space, the team handled everything incredibly well. They were attentive, organized, and kept things moving quickly without making me feel rushed.
The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was a very young man with determination to get the job done. Very respectful and kept me informed of everything that was being done. He offered to replace both filters and showed me the difference between the old and the new ones, boy was I glad I stopped at this location (commercial st). Thank you young man for all your hard work. 10👍 . End up going back again to get a radiator flush in the same day because of me I decided to just go ahead and do it . Now my car actually running better. Will be returning back to this location.
I am a proud regular at the Commerical Ave Take 5 oil change. Staff there are friendly, informative, and efficient. They care about their customers experience as they provided complimentary water bottles upon arrival and windshield wiping before I leave. I appreciate the effort, it goes a long way.
Well, I went in to get an oil change and the gentleman Chris said I did not need one yet, but then he went ahead and checked the filters and he also replaced them. He could’ve said nothing about it but he did and I appreciate his honesty and also they change the one from inside the vehicle very good customer service.
