Everytime I go to this Take 5 location the customer service is exceptional 👌 I always see people around me who are so ugly to the employees but they still keep working fast and politely and they never seem to let those negative attitudes steep over to me or my service. I always end up showing up around busy times but the customer service is so great I never leave irritated!
First time at this place . Recommend to me by my girlfriend whom lives off Broadway in San Antonio TX which is her got to spot for her vehicle maintenance.They definitely live up to their services was quick and professional staff that greet you as you pull up and get you on your way as quickly as possible.👍👍
Definitely would recommend this take 5 on Broadway. From the entrance got greeted with a cold water down to the oil change. Jesse was professional and very respectful he explained other services that take 5 provides and even checked my engine filter which i knew nothing about and needed to be replaced. I will forsure be returning to the same take 5 for future maintenance...10 was the highest but for me technician Jesse was a 100....
The guy doing my oil change is very knowledgeable, helpful and especially kind! No pressure sales and he took me through my cars Carfax history to the year the vehicle was manufactured! Highly Recommend this place!!
The staff was extremely helpful and assisted me with my problems by confirming that my oil was still good for another few thousand miles, and helped me reset my oil sensor. They also checked my other fluids and tire pressure for me for free.
