Gustavo and Justin were very professional and explained everything in detail to me. My cars coolant hadn't been flushed in years and they kindly let me know that it needed to be changed. They even assured me they weren't trying to upsale. That it was really bad. And I even saw the old coolant it was very dark and sludge. I am glad they were honest with me. Gustavo was also able to help me get a discount because I was wary about paying more on top of the oil change price. I will be returning. Im even glad I never had to leave my car. And fast service as well.

Meg was probably the best employee of take5, I’ve experienced. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, she took her time explaining what they were doing and why. Also checked my cabin filter and replaced it, no other take5 I’ve been too even asked to check it.. even though it’s a far drive, I’m going back there every time just because of her service!
The guys were super friendly! Brought me a bottle of water while I waited! Recommended that I change my air filter and showed me how bad mine was. I will definitely be back!!
Just moved back to Texas and it's great to find a Take 5 close by me. The Pleasanton shop is great. Everyone was very nice and courteous. Will definitely make this my oil change spot from now on.
