Adam and his team were very helpful! It was quick to get in and they corrected an overfill from another shop. Definitely recommend!

The actual business is great, but calling them was a horrendous hassle for me. I called simply to find out when my next oil change was due, as the numbers for everything had rubbed off of my reminder sticker thingy. So thought I'd just make a quick 5-minute (no pun intended) phone call & all would be right with the world. Nope, my first clue that wasn't going to be the case was the automated system answering & asking me to press a number that corresponded with my need. So I said 'other' at the appropriate time to get a live agent. I get transferred to a Sulphur Springs shop. Ugh. I call back & ask specifically for the Mt. Pleasant shop & in about 30 seconds I'm taking a survey that I was ever-so-pleasantly-robotically reminded to take at the end of my first call (I was prompted at the beginning of the call to stick around for it at the end of my call, so I knew I had been disconnected or hung up on, idk). So, a little peeved at this point, I hastily answered the questions, both wanting to express my discontent & get a hold of someone just to be done with everything that was supposed to already be done by now. I again call for a THIRD time & when I get a live agent I tell her how it's my third time calling & I am just wanting to talk to the friggin'--my addition here--Mt Pleasant shop, for the love of God and all that is holy (also just here). She tries to connect me & comes back saying she can't reach them, so I tell her I'll just have to make a trip to the shop, I guess. I pull in to the parking lot of the place & it turns out their sign at the road telling you to enter isn't up to date & everything is backwards, so you are basically entering the exit when you do that. No parking spaces to simply get out of your car & walk into the building & talk to a human being (I miss the 90s/early 2000s). So I just wait for an attendant to come up to me & explain my situation. He tells me nicely that I can just pull around to the back & they can help me. I tell him how the sign said I could pull in (enter) but that is no longer the case (paraphrasing) & I kind of inconveniently make the left turn on the highway to pull around back. It's a full-blown Act of Congress by this point. So when I pull around the same guy is removing the cone I pulled in front of & is commencing to guide me into the bay like he's air traffic control & I'm trying to tell him all I'm wanting to do. Since he was walking over to where the front of my car would be in the bay he couldn't hear me, so I step out of the car and, talking loudly out of frustration I tell him I'm just trying to find out when my next oil change is. I don't remember exactly what he said, but he's still being nice & basically tells me to pull into the bay & they can look it up for me, etc. I feel like an old jerk by now, so I try to calm down & let him help me. I have also started apologizing by now & of course he says there's no need to apologize & all that jazz, real nice kid. Long story short, he got me my answer & a top-off, not to mention put up with my bumbling, curmudgeon nature (he asked me to pop the hood & I popped the trunk on accident, lol). He wore coke-bottle eye glasses like my ex's son, who I haven't seen in years, so he was endearing for that reason alone. Anyway, he made everything better for me & before he was able to print out my service sheet another employee was trying to guide me out of the bay. My anxiety-ridden self turns on the car & starts to tell the kid I'll just pull up & he can give me the paper then but he told me I'm the customer, so the guy can wait on ME. It was just so nice having a friendly and competent employee gently taking the wheel (pun intended this time) & helping me while advocating for me at the same time. If it weren't for their pesky call center this review would have 5 stars, but they just brought it down one rung, so not too shabby. The kid that helped me deserves a raise. His name is Nathan. He gets 5 stars. Pay him a visit and tell him the old man (oldER) with the bull pit in the passenger seat said hello.

Had oil change and engine air filter renewed. Took a bit longer than the last time i traded here, but not too bad. When we left the engine shroud under the engine came undone and was dragging on the ground - went back and they buttoned it up.
