The Take-5 shop on 9626 hey 6, Missouri city, Tx provided excellent service. The attendant, Kendall, was very friendly. He ensured I knew what was being done to my car every step of the way. I asked him if he was the manager. He smiled and said “no”. I have worked in leadership roles over 30 years. He definitely has the potential. Kevin and Luis were great as well. This is a really good shop! This will be my home for oil changes to my Cadillac as long as I receive this level of quality service.
JUAN AND JOSEPH WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! so very sweet, helpful, kind, excellent customer service. I’m so shocked. Offered water while I waited for my inspection. I hope their supervisors know they have TWO excellent people on their hands, and they should probably be promoted or train others on customer service!
My oil change experience was wonderful. The young man that helped me inforned me how I could use a coupon to lower my cost. Gave me a summary of what was needed, showed me my oil level once completed and had his colleague get my maintenance message cleared. They slapped on my sticker with the next maintenance date on it and I was on my way within a short amount of time. It’s the way to go. Never having to leave my car.
Jason was awesome. He brought us water and then fruit snacks for our toddlers while we waited in line. He was polite and communicated/explained everything to us before doing anything. There was no pressure to purchase extras. He made sure we understood what would follow and what to do if anything unexpected should happen.
This is my 2nd time an oil change at Take 5 Oil Change. The men are very professional and get you in and out in a timely manner. They suggested 2 other services I should have done without being pushy. I agreed and they gave me a 50% discount. I am very pleased and I will make Take 5 Oil Change my number service center.
