I went to this location today, the day before Mother’s Day. I thought it was weird that I needed an oil change because I just bought this car a month ago, but what do I know…. I don’t. When Brandon said STOP, I thought something was wrong. As it turns out, my dealership seems to have forgotten to just reset the oil gauge for my vehicle and it didn’t need an oil change at all. Most shops would’ve looked at this and me and knowingly done it anyways to make a sale. Brandon and Chric DID NOT! They did not unsuspectingly take advantage of me, and unsuspecting woman and for that and their honesty. I am very grateful that they saved me $100. They deserve raises, and I will be back every time to see them!
I had an amazing experience at Take 5 thanks to Randall, Layla, and Ezekiel. Randall was honest, helpful, and genuinely looked out for me instead of just trying to sell services. He even helped me with a great coupon, which I really appreciated as a first-time customer. Layla was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Ezekiel was also courteous, hardworking, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The whole team made my first visit a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
I arrived a few minutes before closing on Sunday because my check oil light came on a a few minutes before. The closest oil change to my location was also about to close and they told me they could see me the next morning, but I had to work. I came to Take 5. They were about to close but they welcomed me anyway and they had my car ready in about 10 minutes. Brandon and Emerson were kind, courteous, polite...professional! I am a forever Take 5 customer now! And I'm thankful that Firestone turned me away.
I went in for a Oil Change and there was a slight problem cause when I checked the oil% level it said one thing and I know that wasn't right so I called and couldn't get a answer so I called the number on the coupon and explained what happened and I went back the next day and they took care of the little miner problem. Yes everything was great and I'm a happy customer and I'll be back.
