I had a great experience at this oil change shop! The team was professional, quick, and very welcoming from start to finish. They got me in and out faster than expected without cutting corners, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand.
Excellent service. Information was given on the products I needed, and alternatives, no pushing sales, they take the time to look at your records on your car. Everyone checks on each other by calling the particular service and product to each other. Polite and respectful as well. I used the location on the corner of Jones and West in Houston. Highly recommend.
I had an exceptional experience at Take 5. I pulled up and was I was warmly greeted by Mike. He offered me a cold bottle of water. My vehicle was fully checked and I was told what filters needed to be replaced. Mike was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this business for your vehicle maintenance.

They made sure my car was taken care of and had me in and out in no time. It’s hard to find places that combine speed with great customer service, but they definitely delivered.
