I had such a great experience at Take 5, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Xavier! From the moment I pulled up, he was polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in what he does.
Xavier went above and beyond! ! He was very thorough, an made sure I received top notch service. I have been to that location over 20x a this was my first interaction with Xavier. He checked my tire pressure, cleaned my windshield, informed me of service recommendations. I can’t remember the last time I got that type of service from an oil change, besides at the dealership. The other guys are great also,however Xavier service stood out this time. When I pulled off I felt more confident about hitting the road. Customer service is something that matters. Thank you Wallisville an Xavier for great service.
Went into take 5 in a hurry because I had to get to work and was helped by the Assistant manager Joshua, while completing my oil change he noticed I was missing my air box from my vehicle I had no idea. He went above and beyond to help me find one online and at a good price. At no extra cost even offered to show me how to put on once I get it. It’s like employees like him that makes me want to keep coming back to take 5. U have a member for life now. And let’s give Joshua a raise man. He deserves it.
I went for an oil change and the technicians were very professional and offered water. One went over his work then the other went over everything so i can say they did double check and i liked that alot made sure nothing was leaking at all and i am very grateful for that because i dont like when its not a double check and they send you on your way. This might be my goto take 5 instead of the one by my house
