Mult time user. They do a thorough job of checking the vital liquids and other parts of your car (trans, filters, fluids etc). This takes a reasonable amount of time to complete. They did a very good job. You have a very good and competent crew working on your vehicle. I have used them many times with all my vehicles. Never had an issues with service.
I didn’t actually get any service done, but I went for an oil change. The technicians let me know that my oil still looked good. They gave me a sticker to check back in with them later. I was shocked they didn’t just go ahead and change the oil. Honesty goes a long ways in my book. So I’ll definitely go back when it is time.
The gentlemen was very helpful and advised me that I still had about 2000 miles left before I actually needed an oil change. I was very appreciative of his handling of my situation.
I discussed what I wanted at first and some bad reviews I’d read. They were honest telling me they were aware, that it had hurt business but they were under new management. I was satisfied with the service I got. I think the cost is a little high but then everything has gone up so I guess ya just pay it or do it yourself.
I was needing help with my car's computer telling me I needed service when I had not driven the car close to the amount of miles needed to need an oil change. The manager at the Granbury Tx location went over and beyond to help me.He also saw at the time that due to the weather my tires needed air so along with helping me with my computer reset he aired up my tires.For all this he didn't charge me anything.As a senior who is on a fixed income this was such a blessing.In this time with an environment of companies only wanting something from you this was so gracious of him.I have already told many friends that this is where they should go because a company that would do this is not going to take advantage of us in the older community. Bottom line they were so caring to help me out I will not only use them when I need to but will tell others how gracious they were.
