My experience it take five yesterday was amazing. I believe his name is Aaron. He’s a gentleman that attends North Crowley high school he’s a senior this year. He was superb. His customer service was off the chain great and then I believe there was Lopez. He was amazing. I’m looking forward to going back to get my coolant thing flushed that they said I needed to do and once again it was great service was fast quick and time flew by like it was nothing and everything was done for my vehicle inspection. I took my 2020 Ram hemi in for an oil change. Maynor, Pedro, Panna & JD were absolutely great! The service was quick and efficient and I was offered additional services without that creepy "upsale" pressure. I told them what I wanted and what I didn't and it was all good. Sometimes places like that make older ladies like me feel stupid or cheap or guilty for not buying everything they offer. THAT was NOT the case here! Can't recommend them enough! AND I didn't even have to get out of the truck.
Had a great experience at Take 5 today! Pedro, Aaron, and Romeo were all super professional, fast, and friendly from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and helped me understand the importance of changing my coolant and other maintenance items that may need attention in the future, without making me feel pressured into buying anything extra. Honest customer service like that really stands out. Definitely recommend this crew if you need an oil change! 👏🚗
These guys are amazing. I come here pretty often for my vehicle maintenance and every single person is efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. I went in for an emissions inspection and they reminded me I could really use a coolant flush, which was something I had been meaning to do anyways but forgot. They knocked out both in like 15 minutes while I was on my lunch break and even hooked me up with a discount. Highly recommend.
I love this place the service is excellent , very personable, they explain everything. This time there were new trainees. They apologized for taking longer than usual. But I really didn't mind the wait. We all have to learn somewhere n I'd rather know the mechanic caring for me n my vehicle had the knowledge they needed. Great job guys. I will return again n again. Perfection. They even offer water while u wait if u want it. They go above n beyond. The hulen location n ft worth. Way worth the trip n wait. !!! IN MY OPINION.
