We drove from Canada into Mexico and got an oil change here in Eagle Pass before we crossed into mexico. We were met with a friendly greeting and given a couple bottles of water. The customer service there is amazing. They were very organized and knew what they were doing. They had us in and out of there in no time for a reasonable price. Special thanks to Martin who made us feel so good about stopping there on the way down that we stopped on the way back to Canada after 6 months. And he remembered us. If we ever drive back over to Mexico will be stopping to get our oil changed again. Would not hesitate to go back there.
I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Eco Pass. From the moment I pulled up to the bay, I was greeted by a young man offering me a bottle of water; such a simple gesture, but it immediately set the tone for excellent customer service.
This is my first time using take 5 usual my husband takes care of all the truck maintenance. So I don't know anything about vehicles but Jesse did such a great job explaining everything to me. He took his time to make sure I understood everything and I appreciate that not a lot of people do that. Especially being a female they just try to get the job done. The other man Martin was so nice also . I definitely had a great experience and will definitely be back for there services.
I’ve been using Take 5 for almost 5 years now, and it was my first time using it in this town. I was assisted by HUGO, who was very professional, helpful, and constantly made sure to satisfy my needs. I was pleased with his service, and the fact that he always asked me if I needed water and assisted me with cleaning my windshield afterwards.

They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into extra services, and had my oil change done quickly. I really appreciated how easy and convenient the whole experience was.
