The staff at the 6403 Greenville Ave location was absolutely amazing, especially the certified vehicle inspector! I showed up at 6:55pm since I didn’t realize that they stopped doing vehicle inspections at 7pm. But, they somehow managed to get the inspection started just in time at 6:59pm, which they didn’t have to do. The certified inspector was so patient and understanding with me while I was struggling to find my updated liability insurance policy and when my debit card initially declined. I was so embarrassed but they were so incredibly kind to me, especially the certified inspector. He honestly deserves a raise!
Got a chance to interact with a lot of folks while getting service here. Had to leave a little early the first time I showed up because I had to get back before lunch break was over- But when I came back after work, they took excellent care of me and my vehicle. Owner/Manager seems a lovely fellow that really cares about his business and seeing people happy. Really have no negative feedback at all! I'll be back next time for sure.
March 23, 2026: Got a car inspection done on Sunday (3/22/2026) and the service was exceptional and fast! The inspection was done with care and precision, and the oil change was quick and efficient.
This Take 5 Oil change is the best I've been to yet. Stellar and excellent customer service, all employees were helpful and polite. I will definitely be back. I can't say enough how excellent the staff were to me and to all the other customers as well. Excellent job by the employees. Again thank y'all so much for this positive experience.
I came for an oil change immediately I noticed everybody at the location had great energy. Manager Q was extremely nice and fast.
