Troy & Omarion are friggin’ awesome. I am no fan of shops/garages because I’ve been ripped off and misled too many times by shady folks & establishments. I went in for an oil change only. I left with an oil change, new wipers, engine & cabin air filters and a coolant flush/exchange. NOT because I was taken advantage of but because I was patiently informed and walked through the what/why/when and degree of importance of each step. They were also VERY fair and went above and beyond to get me the absolute best pricing they could.
Well, it was my first time in here, cuz all the others were closed today, and I just wanted to share my experience. Top-Notch.
The management team were very professional and explained everything that they did and made suggestions on what we needed and never pushed any services on us.
Tire had low air. I pulled in to have it checked and filled. They checked all my fluids for free too and discovered dangerously low coolant fluids that could cause serious damage to engine and other areas if not filled. I can hear the difference now of how my Honda Fit runs. Couldn't thank them enough! And on top of that they gave me a senior discount for the work and coolant. Best service ever !
I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. The gentleman explained everything and made suggestions as he went along. I will definitely be back
