Personal at calallen location very pleasant and even offered me water while I was in line quick and easy prices a little higher than I'm used to but was offset by courtesy and my veterans discount but prices on everything are going up as well I will definitely be back when the time comes for another oil change they literally checked everything. I do recommend this place 10,000% over Walmart. Was a unique experience being able to sit in car while oil change was done I like it 👌
I like to thank Tyseon, Sabrina, and Darren for my oil change for their expedient, professional, and caring service. I was in a hurry to get my car done, I lost track of time, and found myself in need of an oil change and an appointment at a nearby town. They took care of the oil change and coolant quickly and efficiently. I was able to make my appointment without any further stress. Great teamwork!
Awesome, you guys ROCK! I won't go anywhere else. I needed new blades (wipers) and again when I went back the next oil change and I needed an air filter and they set me right up. Thank you TAKE 5. ❤️
The staff are awesome people but know nothing about cars past changing oil. They had issues opening my hood. They managed to get my hood release stuck in close with the hood open. They tried to slam the hood down and two of them tried pushing down on the hood. This could have bent my hood. But I was able to fix it in one minute with no issues. The hood works as normal now.( Add on) This is a response back to the company. Yes the staff are friendly and awesome but they broke my hood latch on one side of my hood. They then tried to continuously close the hood with the broken latch and this could have broken more things. I had to fix my hood release latch myself when the staff should have known and should have fixed it themselves or gave me something to use for the next time I come in. The fact that they messed up my hood release latch and couldn't fix it or realize what they did makes me want to change my own oil and not return to take 5 ever again.
Disappointed that you changed from Mobil one to Penzoil. And I prefer that the oil be poured from a factory container so that I know what I’m getting rather than a pitcher of oil from unknown origin.
