Tametheius was super awesome! First time at a Take 5 and it was super easy and convenient. I don’t know much about cars and am always worried about being upsold but “T” made me feel like he was only showing me things that were nearing caution like my air filter was black and something about anti freeze but he showed me proof and was patient with me. I can’t wait to go back to fix my car lol!

I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed not even to another Take 5 location because the Gem is at Lamar and her name is KATANA. I love to see someone loving their job and good at it simultaneously. Everyone was polite and professional. Katana explained everything to me, and showed me how to reset my oil gage. I went to get an oil change from take 5 oil for the FIRST time. I went to the location that is on NORTH LAMAR Street. They are GOOD people they took VERY good care of me. They did my oil change. I saw the COMMERCIAL on television and thought it was GREAT to be able to go get my oil change and I'm able to STAY in my CAR while they do their job. I am a FEMALE and there have been times I've been DUPED by MECHANICS because I don't have a whole lot of KNOWLEDGE on cars. They did a GOOD job WALKING me through everything that they were DOING. They EDUCATED me on how to take BETTER care of my car. They were very TRANSPARENT when it came to their PRICING and their pricing I think is VERY REASONABLE! I definitely RECOMMEND you give these guys a shot. They even SHOWED me the oil after they did the oil change so that I can SEE that it was nice CLEAN pure oil. On the WEBSITE they do offer DISCOUNTS. I got a 25% discount from a coupon on their website. AGAIN I recommend that you give these guys a shot. ESPECIALLY check out the one LOCATED on NORTH LAMAR in North Austin Texas.

Customer service at this location was top tier. However, I beg... please don’t begin draining my oil until you've verified the type of oil and oil filter required for my vehicle is in stock. This the second time its happened with Take 5, once on Balcones and now at this location.

I have never in my life had such amazing service getting my oil changed! Every take 5 experience has always been something I’ve dreaded! But this time I was shocked and pleasantly surprised at how thorough they were! Absolutely the best service ever!!! Ephraim and Terry helped with an oil change, filter replacement, and a radiator flush. All in about 25 minutes tops! Super nice guys and you can tell they take pride in what they do!! GIVE THOSE GUYS A RAISE!!
