I mentioned that I would write a 5-star review on my first visit and never got around to it. This is now my third visit, and it's definitely been a 5-star experience every single time. I've seen Mr. Brian, Mr. Jason, Mr. Landon, and Mr. Kenny now and they've all been wonderful. They're very amiable, knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything they're doing as they do it, and going into detail on anything I don't understand. They double check each other's work as well. I drive a Volkswagen, so of course it's difficult to work with, and instead of being discouraged or rude, they were really innovative in figuring out how to help tend to my vehicle (and my dad's that I'm borrowing), and even found an issue I didn't know about. They don't try to oversell additional or unnecessary services, but make sure you know they're available should you need them. Did I mention that they're quick and reasonably priced? They also take tips, so give them a little something to get a pick-me-up next door for their hard work!
Amazing crew! I arrived right as they opened at 7am and they were so on top of it! So helpful, kind and professional. They offered me a bottle of water upon arrival. It was my first time at take 5 and it will now be my go to, for oil changes. They are fast, yet precise! They even have another staff member double check afterwards, to ensure everything was done correctly.
Technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and communicated what they were doing the whole time. They went above and beyond, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, only recommended when I need to replace. I highly recommend anyone to get their oil changed here. I was in and out very quickly and was 100% satisfied with the service. I will go back again!
Amazing work. These guys got me in very quickly, they were the very first ones ever to check and change the cabin filter. It was nasty and I’m glad I went here. For 60K miles I’ve always gotten my vehicle serviced at a Kia Dealership and not once have they checked/changed the cabin filter…yeah so these guys are it.
Service was great. The attendant was very detailed in the work he was completing and didn’t perform any service without my permission. I will definitely go back for future oil changes.
