Super friendly, fast, thorough and informative service. Greeted us immediately- and offered water bottles, kindly guided me into position to get a fast, thorough oil change and filter, showing me everything and giving me plenty of choices. I never felt pushed or persuaded to purchase anything I didn’t want, I left feeling great about the choice to go here. Luc and Trent were especially helpful and there was one other great guy there, I didn’t catch his name, but I’ll definitely be back and definitely recommend take 5 to everyone.
I had a major oil leak on a recent trip. I pulled into this shop just hoping to find out where my leak was, knowing that the were just an oil change facility. The 2 gentleman working didnt even hesitate to help. They found my leak pretty quickly(cracked oil filter) got me fixed up, new Ir filters and sent me on my way....... great customer service. They definetly went above and beyond which is rare these days.
Everything was great. Don't have much to complain about. I went there for an oil change. The guy is a very good salesman. Just not sure why they were checking everything else when you tell them you just need an oil change. Next thing you know, they're trying to change your windshield wipers your air filter, cabin filter.. But they did great! The price did seem a little overpriced. My oil change was $118, And then I got an air filter and a cabin filter and my total was $241 by the time they got done with everything. And they wasn't able to take the message off of my dash where it says my car is requiring an oil change. Which was kind of weird to me considering they are an oil change in place. That should be the last thing they do after they change your oil is take the message off of your dash.
I went in for an oil change. It was quick and thorough. I had new filters installed and they made sure I saw the old filters that they changed out and the new ones they put on. I didn’t have to wonder if they actually installed them. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Price was more reasonable than the dealership and I got more for my money! I will definitely be going back!
