OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR THIS LOCATION
First, experience at this place. Very perfessional and price was very reasonable. However, when I got home had raised my hood. The radiator wasn't flush out like I had adk.. For up front, I had asked for a coolant flush out refilled. So I had called my son-in-law who works for AAA-1.. For he was the one who was on aging for this. Since I am disabled and not working. Only drawing SS disability check monthly. Chip had called up at Take Five and explained this situation. Chip called me back and told me to take it back up there and they will flush it out for Free and refilled it full of new coolant.. ( I did question about the coolant for I drove a 2014 Chevy Sonic LT hatch back and from what I have seen in the owners manual was Dex coolant red.. But chip told me they are suppose to use what the manufacturer's manual requires...)...( I do know that I have a lite oil leak that some went into the Reservoir). Chip will fix this today or Monday. He thinks it's the blow back valve or either the top gaskets either way it will be fix..). I am pleased they guys did what they had told Chip. Very Good Business... Grade A-- ....
Fast, quick, have been going to them for years now. Once a dealership forgot to put back on my oil cap. That has never occurred here. I am proud to be a regular at this location. They've been nothing but kind to me, even during busier times. They check up on my car's tire pressure and ask how my wipers are doing everytime. They check other things as well, just ask. I highly suggest this location. 5/5 every time I've gone.
Super easy and fast oil change. Friendly help and they did not try to upsell me on an engine air filter I didn’t need, which may be a first for me. Will come again!
