Five-Star Service with Heart! As soon as I rolled into the facility, I was greeted with a cold bottle of water—such a thoughtful gesture! The employee who helped me was kind, soft-spoken, and very informative. I’ve been here before and already knew the drill, but I’m always open to learning something new, and they were more than willing to share.
10/10 Highly Recommend! After visiting several other shops over the last few weeks and being told—often quite rudely—that I’d have to wait nearly three hours, I finally stopped by Take 5 in Columbia. I arrived around 7:45 AM on a Saturday and was immediately greeted by Oz. He clearly explained the process, and the team got to work right away. The service was excellent and incredibly fast. Oz kept me informed while I waited in my car, ensuring the experience was both thorough and efficient. I will definitely be back and will be recommending them to everyone I know!
Riley & Daniel were absolutely every employers dream. From the minute we pulled up, we were offered cold water by Riley who was very polite. The guys checked everything ,no pressure or insistence to upsell Suggestions which we paid attention to & if neeeded we will always go back to them
Got my oil changed here today and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had! Super quick and the staff are super friendly. We pulled up and they immediately offered us a water, which was really nice! The manager even came around and asked how everything was. Great staff and service from beginning to honking of my car horn leaving the property. Was greeted with an oh, so refreshing ice water and a rep asking me what services I needed. Roughly $5 less than I remembered up in Hendersonville for an oil change. No surprises, no upselling, just good ‘ol fashioned southern hospitality! Definitely recommend coming here for any oil changes!
