The first time I went, the staff member who helped me was very honest and told me it wasn't time for an oil change yet. They explained the mileage thing to me, and since I don't drive much, the oil was still good. Excellent! And overall, I highly recommend this place.
I went to this location a few days ago and Nathan and Jerry were just AMAZING. They made my experience worth going! Fast, friendly, no pressure, accommodating as well. I received an oil change, cabin filter, and a special wiper blade on the back of my car. I found out when I purchased my car…. There wasn’t a cabin filter there! I’m glad they found it. This will be my go to spot for oil changes. The service is worth the price. And you may find a coupon too lol.
Super great experience. The gentlemen working were super courteous and kind. I had originally went for an oil change a month or so back but when they checked the oil they said it was a waste of money to do it then since it still looked so good so I really appreciate their honesty as well. Will definitely be returning for my next oil change.
They were so kind and helpful! I am terrible with cars and don't know much. My car was leaking oil. Instead of charging me, they took a peak, drained the excess oil I had added myself, aired up my tires, and recommended taking it to a shop. They showed pictures of where the leaks were coming from. Overall, complete gentleman and so helpful. Would recommend anyone come here!
I came in for an oil change, during my wait they provided regular updates. Once in the shop, they found a leak and advised waiting on the oil change. They explained where the leak was coming from so that I knew what to say when I brought my car into a shop that could fix it. They topped off all the fluids and filled my tires, didn't charge me for anything, and sent me on my way. The level of transparency, respect, and kindness I received during this visit is exactly what I've always hoped to find when taking my car for routine maintenance. I will be bringing my car here from now on, and will be telling all my friends and family to do the same.
