Professional, courteous, timely and knowledgeable as always. This is the first time I have gone to this location as opposed to my “regular” because I was on that side of town. Everything was the same and NOT in a bad way. Y’all run a TIGHT ship. NICE WORK! The guys explained everything to me, what they did, why they did it (ie:washer fluid low so I refilled it, tire was a little lower than what’s recommended so I put air in it). That being said-I’m a car guy, used to change my own oil, do my own brakes, tune ups, coolant flushes, rebuild heads, carbs and all of that too. But for the convienience and professionalism shown I’ll pay the extra to NOT have to crawl around on my cold garage floor. 10/10 stars; highly recommend.
I had an absolutely awesome experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the team went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. They paid incredible attention to detail, explained everything clearly, and treated my car with genuine care.
Great guys that changed my oil. Explained everything thoroughly. The only thing that bothers me is that I spent $114 for the highest synthetic oil change this lasts 7000 miles but the sticker only indicated 3000 miles and said that’s when I can stop in and “top it off”. Well, to me, I’m going to forget and get it changed in 3000 miles like the sticker says. I’ll never remember. So I’m going to pay MORE money way too soon for another oil change. This is the first time I’ve used Take 5 so maybe their system would tell them I have 4000 miles left…..? Idk but to me it seems like they may be trying to rip me off.
These guys on North Campbell are always incredible in the morning! The 7 brew traffic next door needs to be assessed so you can access the oil shop better, but that’s not their fault. They are always professional, courteous, friendly and kind to us and our kids . We were in, and out with two vehicles, promptly. This is the only place we trust in Rapid!!
I never have to wonder if I'm getting a bad deal. They tell you honestly what your vehicle needs to get back on the road, and don't push to up-sale if you just need general servicing. Hard working, truly American service that's getting rarer by the year.
