The team here goes above and beyond. Our vehicle requires a specific oil that few places carry. The manager, Jordan, wanted to make sure we were taken care of so he offered to go out and grab the oil needed and get it done. I was so impressed with his customer focus and willingness to do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. All that and I was still out in less than 20 minutes. They have gained a loyal customer!!
Rell and Mario at the Sumter location are the real deal. They got me in and out quickly, but did not cut corners on the inspection. They checked everything carefully and made sure I knew what was good and what to keep an eye on. They even asked if I wanted a cold water while I waited. Friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. Highly recommend asking for them.
The workers were very courteous. Made sure my Mom and I had cold bottled water. They explained everything to me. Also they accommodated my needs regarding oil top off and what repair I needed to reduce the oil usage. I didn't have the money for the repair but they didn't pressure me and let me know to return when I was financially able. Also they check my tire air pressure. I appreciate that they made me feel like a valued customer.
I visited the Broad St location on 2/5/2026. I arrived at approximately 6:10pm Take 5 is open until 8pm, I was able to get my car serviced after my evening commute from Columbia. I was greeted and given a bottle of water. I was asked to pull up to bay 2. Everything was explained in a clear manner. I received an oil change and tire rotation. Due to the type of oil my car uses, I received a 25% off coupon. That made my services very affordable. The team works really well together and they provide excellent customer service. Each person announced what they were doing for safety purposes. Service was quick, but not so quick until you think, that's it. I highly recommend this location for your oil changes.
Everyone was friendly, nobody appeared like they hated being there. Rachel was phenomenal and made the entire process (new customer) easy, was very knowledgeable about everything that was done and what needed to be done. Absolutely returning to this location specifically for future needs.
