Oil Change in Myrtle Beach SC 29588 - Take 5 #2061

Quick oil change, friendly staff. As always, a nice Veterans discount. I'm editing this review because of concern for a business practice take5 has. I own a 2025 Kia Soul, during my last oil change I was prompted to get a coolant flush and refill due to contaminants in my overflow reservoir. It was low due to driving for a bit that day, as I am a pt Uber driver and operate a biz during the day also. I saw zero soil in my reservoir that the tech showed, my car is less than 6 months old. If I had allowed them to change my fluid and replace with general purpose coolant, they would cause damage to my car. I understand upselling a product to increase profit... that is some business models way of making more profit, but it will literally do damage to any car that takes Specific coolant rated for their vehicle, specifically mine. You must carry a varied line of coolant specific to car models or you are charging people to do long term damage to their vehicle.

First time at this Take 5. I'll tell you thus crew are just has great as the place.Just to watch them is cool. They have it done pack a each one helps the other. As for me a customer they spoiled me. I thought I was back in time. Sitting in my car while they wash my windows and took care of my car. Jakob, Makayla , Issac and I there was a Juston. Thank you for all you did :)

Always awesome! ! Such a great manager and group of employees! I will drove out of my way to go to them! Last year, my car was overheating and I drove straight there for help. They Temp helped my car and I got it repaired they remembered me and my car? They asked what they had to do to fix it and were very happy they could help me! I would never go anywhere else to help me with my vehicle! More than 5 Stars!!!¡

No upsale all necessary and needed things needed to be done and were done professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and integrity will lead this shop to the top. It is worth going out of your way to come here for service

everyone here is great! I’ve been coming here for oil changes for a while now and they always do a great job. The staff is friendly, honest, and fast — which I appreciate so much as a mom who’s always on the go. During one of my oil changes, I had an incident where a strong gust of wind blew my hood up out of nowhere, and they handled it immediately and got everything taken care of. It was such a relief in the moment, and it really showed me how much they look out for their customers. It’s rare to find a shop that’s reliable, helpful, and doesn’t try to upsell things you don’t need. Definitely my go-to and highly recommend!
