I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The service was quick, professional, and genuinely above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they handle my oil change efficiently, but they also took the time to check my transmission and make sure everything was running smoothly.
Excellent oil change executed by an enthusiastic and hard working crew! I was in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was super friendly and even checked my air filter and tire pressure, cleaned my windshield, checked my wiper blades, and checked my coolant. Evidently, they also replaced my air filter. This Take 5 Oil Change is conveniently located on Butler Road and I stayed comfortably in my car the entire time. The price is reasonable and I am very happy with the service I received. Manager Aden stopped by to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Two thumbs up!
Chris was the employee that I dealt with at my car window. He was very informative and professional. The team that worked on my vehicle was very fast, and they also carried themselves in a professional manner. Free bottle of water when I approached the building is an added bonus. I’ve been coming to this location for approx 3 years now with 2 different vehicles. Not a single complaint about the service I receive yet. See you again in roughly 3k miles!
Update: I went to take my new car which is not common around here it a 2017Alfa Romeo Giulia and they where so helpful! This is the only place I am getting my oil changed at!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! They are the best!! This place is amazing! They know customer services!!! 1st two pics are if my GMC there and the next two pics are if the car they help me with today. I was not able to get pics while I was there.
I arrived at Take 5 after having a sub par oil change elsewhere. By the time I arrived the other place was closed and I had no oil left in my tank. The team at Take 5 greeted me warmly and quickly assessed the issue. The team stayed after closing to help me and even took time to clean the oil covered parts that they did not cause. They were patient, kind and proficient. And they have a new loyal customer. Thank you!
