We had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change shop during a stressful road trip situation. My husband and I were driving from Florida to Pittsburgh, PA when our oil light came on about 9 hours into the trip, with another 9 hours still ahead. We pulled off in Columbia, SC looking for a quick oil change, expecting delays or having to do it ourselves.

Friendly, Knowledgeable, Efficient guys at the Take 5 Oil Change Center at 81 Tulip Oak Drive, Columbia, SC. They fixed what needed fixing, topped off all my fluids, and treated me with the utmost respect. When I need more work done, I will certainly go there again. The experience at this location was actually outstanding, very helpful, very professional and also very caring. They went out of their way to fix an issue that they had nothing to do with after we left having our oil changed. We left a shortly after we left our car shut off for no apparent reason, we called because that was the last place we were and the manager sent someone to check everything out right away. They came checked everything out and fixed the issue on site, something they did not have to do especially since this issue was not their fault. Service that was more than commendable.
I have a Mercedes SUV and an Cadillac SUV and I always come here. I’m very particular about who I let touch my vehicles because maintenance and repair is so expensive on luxury vehicles but they are better price point than dealer while still being great quality and incredibly efficient here. I trust them.
