I love going to Take 5 for my oil change. I went to the one on Augusta Road in West Columbia, South Carolina. They always have such a pleasant staff to work with. Alijah was very thorough, explained everything he recommended and why, wasn’t pushy, but gave you enough information to make a sound decision on your own. He was very personable as well. 10/10, highly recommend!
I brought an old vehicle about 20 years old and to get an oil change yesterday morning. The service was excellent I never experienced a small place like this being better then surrounding mechanics awesome job guys and girls thank you...
Ava was very attentive from the moment I pulled my car into Take 5. She greeted me with a friendly smile and even offered me a cold bottle of water, which was a nice touch. She clearly explained what my car needed and the services they provided. When everything was finished, she escorted me out with the same pleasant attitude. If every experience were like this, it would definitely be a 10 out of 10!

They went above and beyond to take care of me yesterday when I had an unexpected flat tire and pulled off the interstate to see if they could help.
