OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR TAKE 5 LOCATION #709
Today was my first time using Take 5 for an oil change, and I had a great experience. Deon was outstanding—professional, polite, and kept me informed throughout the entire process by explaining everything that was happening. He even offered water to me and my family, which was a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated.
The staff communicated great, was knowledgeable and very hospitable! Ethan was our service tech and he answered all of my questions and gave clear instructions and updates from the first interaction to the last. Maleana the manager on duty was obviously very knowledgeable both mechanically and managerial; she’s clearly a strong leader and the team working this day appeared to actually enjoy being there and were a great team. I’m not local but will likely make it a point to use this location moving forward!
I was waved to pull in and manager opened the hood then he went to lunch. I waited 30 min before 3 other employ started on my car(2 were in training). I asked the employee if he needed my husband's ID for military discount and he said he had it. When I was finally done the discount wasn't given. By that time the manager came back and showed the employee how to void out amount and give my discount saying, "It may take 2 days to credit back first amount charged to my card". I've never had to wait so long and the military discount has never been an issue. I won't go back to this location
Got pulled into a bay almost instantly upon arrival, ( about 1pm on a random weekday) had to wait a little bit but that's ok, I'm an adult am understand not everything can be instantly done. But the tech was nice, good customer service and Manager on duty came by to explain my services ( didn't need it but can see how it's helping others) overall would and will definitely be back! Don't forget to honk for good service!
I've never had my oil changed by this company before. It took longer than expected. About 40 minutes, however, they were very busy so hard to know. The service was excellent. Paublo explained everything he did, advised where filters could be changed, coolant flushed was recommended but no pressure to complete. Tires were checked and psi adjusted on all. Overall very good! Will come again and recommend!!
