Everyone here was super nice and friendly! I always put off getting anything done to my car because I’m nervous I will be taken advantage of on price and services I don’t need as someone with no car knowledge. My air filters were still stock and obviously really old and never did I feel pressured or like I had to get them replaced. Once again, everyone on the staff was super nice and showed me how to check my air filter and my oil and I would recommend this place to anyone needing a quick oil change!
The employees were super nice. The problem was I was told by someone when I called the main number that I could use a $25 coupon making my oil change only $25 plus about $2 tax. That was not true. It was a $25 coupon but it ended up being $69.84! I could have gotten an oil change elsewhere for $50. I’m on limited income and that was too much. The people at the main number need to be told they are giving out wrong information. Also, my speedometer was not reset back to normal after I drove away. It was on Kilometers. This was a disappointing experience.
I had a good experience here. Every employee I spoke with was nice and professional. A little bitty beautiful young lady was waiting on me. I love to see women in a typical man's position and knock it out of the ball park. I will be back after 5,000 miles.
This was my second visit to a Take 5 shop. I had a wonderful experience all around. From the time I pulled in, they greeted me with a bottle of water, got me lined up in the bay and went over all of their options. I had just purchased a used car for my son just 1 hour before. They went above and beyond at our new Take 5 shop in Owasso. They checked everything and went over my options on several “need to replace” items. I ended up doing an oil change (synthetic oil, higher mileage car), new air filter, cabin filter, 3 new wipers, coolant flush and replace, multi-point inspection! The staff was very helpful and professional and kept me informed while the work was being completed. I would highly recommend Take 5 for any of your car maintenance needs!!
This was my first time using this new business. I had never enjoyed an oil change before this. Kandis and Batman are a great team and they clearly enjoy what they do. This is now my new oil change place.
