I went in over the weekend for an oil change and overall the service was good. The manager was training a younger employee (Edgar) , and both were working hard. They were clearly understaffed, which made the wait time much longer than expected, but I don’t blame them since there were only two people handling a lot of customers. I just wish the location had more staff scheduled, especially on busy days.
I was the only one in the bay. The guys were friendly, informative, and efficient. I used a coupon to help reduce the cost but.....its still expensive, and a bit cheaper than Jiffy Lube. I appreciate the oil change options and I knew I needed filters replaced, but with the economy being what it is, no roadtrips this year.
I like this take five because this one they actually clean my windows and they talked to me and we're very very kind and understanding yes there was a 45 minute wait but if they're a good service then I'll wait that long to experience the service please Jack and Tyler were amazing I appreciate their help with my car
I had a plastic flap that was hanging loose under my license plate. He didn't have to but fixed it when I asked. Kept very informed on what was needed for my car. I always go back to the same place on May avenue in Oklahoma city cause they are so personable and professional at the same time. Great job guys!!!!!
Yesterday evening around 6:30 pm two men helped me out so much! I was on a budget they helped me get my oil changed without any problems they were Michael and Tyler they were very nice and so helpful I won’t forget how good they were to me they even found the big issue with my car which was the valve cover gasket something like that and it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had at a oil change place I will forever recommend Take 5 on May it was such a good experience! Thank you Tyler and Michael! 🙏
