I've been wanting to get this oil change off my to do list and I've always got my kiddos with me so keeping them distracted is a challenge itself. So I went here and mind you this is one hour before they closed. Dustin greeted me with a water and was so respectful and sweet.
The person who dealt with me, during the oil change, was very knowledgeable about what different services that are available at Take 5. (I'm old and out of touch). I wasn't aware that all of the checks that happen, during an oil change, are available, as a separate service, if that's what you want. And the follow thru (sort of warranty) is generous. Thank you.
I went to Take 5 oil for an oil change and the young lady informed me I only had 3000 miles on my Mobil one oil and it was too early to change it because I had synthetic oil installed on my last visit and I appreciated her honesty. Thank you TAKE 5. I then went next door for a car wash.
I believe Thomas was the gentleman who engaged me the most, with Ivory assisting. They were both courteous and professional. They checked my air and cabin filters and both needed replacing. I never felt like I was being sold services, just given good information and left to make an informed decision. I appreciate them chucking my tires and cleaning my windshield. I will definitely be back.
