Oil Change in Lawton OK 73505 - Take 5 #706

I appreciated the professionalism and honesty of the technician that helped me. I came in to get an oil change. He showed me the oil on the dip stick (it still looked new) and told me that I was way too early and the service wasn't needed at this time. He could have performed the oil change anyway, even though it wasn't needed, but being a man of integrity, he told me that, based on my usage and the mileage, I didn't need the service then. He said I would only need an "annual" oil change, and then proceeded to check all of my fluid levels and the tire pressure.

The gentleman that with me during my service was very thorough and clear. He explained each step and why it was important and necessary. He gave me clear choices and recommendations. He let me know that every preventative maintenance option I paid for would be reported to car fax to improve the value of my truck. He suggested changing the differential oil for the front and back which had never been done. Overall he educated me and guided me through a process politely and respectfully.

Austin and Mike were amazing. Top tier customer service, better than anything I could’ve asked for. I pulled up and was immediately offered an ice cold water, colder than my ex girlfriend’s heart. It was a hot day so that was much appreciated. They went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and I will be coming back and asking for them specifically. They deserve a raise and promotion. I’d let them watch my children (if I had any). Overall a great experience and I will be returning.

I would highly recommend! I was Dylan’s first transaction and he was very professional and wanted to make sure he got everything correct. Dylan and Mike explained everything to me. Not being very knowledgeable about cars I did not feel they were talking down to me. Definitely recommending to others.

Devante and DeAndre were very professional. During my visit they told me exactly what my vehicle needed and did not try to charge me for unnecessary vehicle maintenance. DeAndre quoted me a very resonable amount and even threw in a discounted price! Although I went in for an oil change , an issue with my air filter was found instead. After looking at my oil levels, Devante discovered that my oil was clean and not yet ready to be serviced. I really appreciate the professionalism, honesty and integrity that both these young men exemplified. I will definitely be going back when the time comes.
