I appreciate the conversations and engagement between myself and the workers. The one thing that I feel should be communicated better is when you pull in that second/third vehicle to tell them "We're pulling you in, but it'll still be a few minutes before we can actually begin checking out your vehicle, so please bear with us." Communicating that you are aware that they are waiting on you goes a long way for helping them be more patient.
I left a negative review when they first opened but decided to give them another try. Since then they have new leadership and it really shows. The employees aren’t kind, competent and helpful. I’ve been taking all my vehicles here since and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!
I typically don’t leave reviews unless the service is so poor that I feel it needs to be acknowledged. However, in this case the service was remarkable. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He let me know exactly what my options were without being obtrusive. Overall, I was very impressed by the service I was provided.
Super fast and effective! I hate doing car stuff because mechanics can be… you know. Sarah and Olivia are not like that though and it’s amazing. It’s also fun to listen to them speak their mechanic language to each other as they work because they’re super regimented about it and it sounds like military drills. I kinda felt like a fighter pilot waiting
The service was great! Oil change, new windshield wipers, and engine filter. The manager was so awesome even fixed the bottom of my car that was catching air(so annoying) for free! My kids were in the car and couldn't believe how fast it was.
