I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Kenosha location! I pulled in about 25 minutes till their closing time and they did a fantastic job, not only were they quick, they also gave me extremely useful info on exactly what the different oil types mean and what’s best for my car. I also got some free advice from one of the workers about how to best care for my Kia as I have never owned one before. They were amazing!
The staff are polite, friendly, and professional. You stay in the vehicle and the guide you into the stall for service. Care was taken to keep everything clean and presentable. All fluids were checked and addressed. OEM advice was given concerning the mileage so I would have knowledge of possibilities in the future..
They did great job, very informative, they changed the oil, air filter, and then asked if I wanted them to check the cabin filter, I didn’t even know my car had one, when they pulled it out it was full of dirt and all sorts of stuff, it looked like it had never been changed, they installed a new one, price over all was a bit high but it was raining and I didn’t want to change it myself in the rain.
I have been to take 5 in probably 11 states. They are my FIRM GO TO. This last time they had to order my filter and had it same day but I got busy and they kept it all week. Finally made it there and the guys had to work pretty hard on it but they weren't quitting till they got it done... Still MY GO TO!!
Every time I have gone to Take 5. I have always had excellent care for me and my 2 vehicles. I get ice cold bottle of water to drink while I wait. They keep me up to date on my filters, What is recommended by vehicle standards. Just all around great guys that take great care and being a single older lady , It is very comforting.
