This location and the team here, are OUTSTANDING! Randy is one of the nicest people you can encounter with his patience and concern regarding your vehicle. Brian, the manager is amazing as well. I had nut shells packed in my airfilter and surrounding area, behind my glove compartment. I felt terrible about this and Randy and Brian went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Brian, the boss, explained to me;
Take 5 Wadsworth fixed what my dealership wouldn't for 6 years! For the past 6 years, since chipmunks got into my car the first time, my fan has been loud. Like there's something stuck in it. My dealership always said it sounded normal to them, and the last time I complained, they wanted to replace my fan assembly for $200.
2-12-26 update, new service: I stopped in for a fluid check after 3000 miles on a recent oil change and David and Randy helped me out. They were both friendly and helpful and even up-sold me on a fluid change for my front and rear diff's. I told them I was going on an out of state trip and they "left no stone unturned" when they went over my SUV.
Great service very friendly and very respectful they did such an amazing job and they did it quickly! I'm looking forward to coming back for my next service I would highly recommend anyone needing an oil change to get it done here! Keep up the great work guys y'all are very appreciated!!! Honestly the best service I've gotten anywhere for oil change, especially Randy in Wadsworth. That man deserves a raise for being so friendly, providing exceptional service, and consistently having a genuinely great attitude. (You can't train that into someone, they either have it or they don't!)
