The service was great and despite the tech being alone on a Saturday morning, he was friendly, explained how long my wait would be, and asked for my patience while he finished with his current customer. From there he was engaging and friendly, asking questions about my car and driving habits to make sure I had what I needed before heading out this week on a long trip.
Didn’t get an oil change, but my splash guard had come unhooked and they were nice enough to reattach it for no charge. Other places wanted $75 to reattach the splash guard so this was awesome! Will definitely be going back when I need the oil changed!
I was in and out pretty quickly. Both of the people working there were friendly and knew how to do their job. I love that you get to stay in your car the whole time. So much easier than going to Walmart and waiting an hour, and costs about the same price!
Great experience! The staff are incredibly friendly. It was nice to be able to stay in the vehicle. The manager was training a new employee which was nice to hear all the things they have in place for safety and double checking their work. Free top offs of fluids and tire pressure for 6 months is appealing. I returned the day after I had my oil changed because there was a big change in temp and my tire pressure dropped. I was in and out in five minutes. I will definitely return it the future.
First time ever getting an oil change at this place! The people were very friendly, answered all my questions and I wasn’t there for very long! I’ll be coming back for sure!
