I recently visited **Take 5 Oil Change** at 5395 Abbe Rd, Sheffield, OH 44035 (Store #0618), and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional, getting my oil change done quickly while I stayed comfortably in my car.
5star service all around, if you know what you want before you get there definitely makes the process easier and if you know the prices beforehand saves a headache when they read your total, All crew members are helpful and will not pressure you to buy things , they just educate you on your vehicle and tell you whenever you are ready they are there for us ! ! Very experienced workers, Great customer service , Clean shop, quick and easy , I would say the people that have bad experiences here must have been careless on their own vehicles, Take 5 wouldn’t recommend anything unless it really needs maintenance, Will always be my place to take my vehicle,
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast! I upgraded to full-synthetic oil because my car is older. They put air in my tires, topped off fluids, and even replaced my dirty air filter. I usually go to the dealership for my service, and I found the Take 5 prices to be very reasonable in comparison for the same service. I will definitely be coming back!
First time at a Take 5 as well - this crew was absolutely awesome - they were all kind, patient and never made me feel pressured for add ons either. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and even though there were several cars behind me - I never felt rushed out of there just for them to get the next person in. The place was very clean and crew was very professional. They all made me feel extremely comfortable and I will definitely be back there for my next oil change!
Very nice people, had some nice conversations with them. Was chopping it up like we were best friends while they looked over my mom’s car and did what I went there to get done. Seemed knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. Checked fluids coolant and other things for free as well. Walmart won’t do that. Highly recommended
