Two young men TJ and Jacob did the best the could under the crazy circumstances they had to work . They took care of everyone one by one on only one line . The place was under construction due to something completely coming down from the ceiling. If i was the boss of this place i was gone take care of these 2 amazing guys . Under all that mess they took the time to do a professional job , greet with bottles of water everyone who was before, after me and me of course. I wish the owner of this olace can read this. Jared is the best of the best. I had air pockets in my cooling system because the prior service of having a water pump & thermostat replaced. But the technician failed to BURP the line which caused my engine temperature spike up when ever I came to a stop and the heater didn't function unless I drove 70mph.
I went yesterday for an oil change. Devin the manager happened to be my tech. He was wonderfully kind and patient answering questions I had about my car. Fluids were topped off and tire pressures were checked and improved as needed. The store was very busy and there was a wait but I wanted and got the same attention customers before me got and I was very pleased. Will definitely go back again.
I had TJ as the person leading the oil change and he was extremely transparent with my car situation, not a greedy salesperson trying to add a couple bucks to the service. I appreciated the honesty and the degree of efficiency and professionalism he acted with.
