Knowledgeable, answered all my questions, very polite and did a great job on the service I asked for even informing me on services I didn’t know they did which I needed done and was able to do in one place. Also giving me some history on my cars maintenance, I didn’t know much about my used car before my stop at this location.
Quick and friendly. Came in handy in a pinch!
My overall Experience at Take 5 was very Good! I just wish I Didn’t have to Ask for and Request the various Services, I was Already Entitled to! I didn’t feel as if they Valued Me as a Customer.. Nor was there a Feeling that they went Above & Beyond in Order to Assure that I’d be a Return Customer! Overall, Not too Bad.. But they surely Could Have Done Much Better!
At Take 5 Painesville, the worker, Travis D. , was by himself and did a great job. It was about 80 degrees out and he was extremely busy. He did a great job and didn’t complain once- completed all tasks kept his head down. Dude deserved a raise. Thank you for a job well done.
Nice staff but they didn’t top off my liquids, I’m not sure if they checked the tire pressure either nothing was said about that. Would come again because they were nice tho, that’s why I’m still giving a five but I really wish they would have done the other parts of the service 😅 I can’t remember the man’s name but Brittany was the person mainly doing the work on my car :) thanks Brittany and the gentleman I appreciate your work lots.
