Very impressed! We were there Saturday, APRIL 18 around 10:15. As we arrived we were directed to which bay to go to and much to our surprise the store manager on duty greeted us with 2 bottles of water as it was going to be a few minutes, not only were we getting an oil change, we were also getting our tires rotated. As we entered the bay I felt as if we were in a five star restaurant. Workers were communicating about what each was doing and the others answered heard! As we were sitting there I told my wife that’s it I’m done going anywhere else, this is where I’m coming from now on. The only employees name I can remember is Charlie. What impressed me the most was when they checked the engine coolant and compared it to the date that the dealership said it was done. When we saw the sample that was drawn out, it was clear that it had never been done. Big WOW moment. As we were leaving, my wife turned to me and said I think I’m with u, I’m going to start coming here as well. So bravo to those working on Saturday and we look forward to our next visit!
It was very pleasant. I got complimentary bottle of water to sip, the assistant shop manager introduced himself and the shop manager but i am terrible with names. They explained everything clearly, gave ame a veyeran's discount, and thanked me for my service. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
Excellent service! This team is incredibly friendly, so professional and efficient! It was the best experience I've ever had with an oil change as they kept me informed throughout the process. The gave me sound advice and weren't pushy....amd I got to use a $25 coupon from the website We will be back! My husband will too as we had his oil changed here a couple weeks ago and had the same experience.
Everyone there was absolutely amazing, super informative, polite and let me see basically everything that was going on. They made sure I knew that some stuff should be replaced soon, my boyfriend and I had a SUPER pleasant experience. Highly recommend going there!!
This Take 5 location in New Philadelphia is amazing. Pulled up they gave me a bottle of water. They did my oil change in no time. Also changed my air filter and cabin filter for me. Coolant flush done as well. Awesome service. 10/10
