Very impressed with the lady that changed my oil. She really knew what she was doing and did her best to get me in and out. Only concern I have with management is why would you have her there all by herself? What if she slipped, or had a medical emergency and there weren't any customers at the time to help her out? She had to deny service to others that pulled in after me because their oil filter was located on the bottom and she couldn't go into the pit since she was by herself. Luckily for me my oil filter is located near the top of the engine therefore I could get an oil change. I get sometimes manpower is short but I strongly feel there should be a minimum of 2 people in the shop at all times.
I hadn’t heard of Take 5 but found an online coupon so I thought why not. I pulled in I was immediately greeted & guided into the bay. The entire staff was smiling & very pleasant even gave attention & water to my dog. The service was quick & while changing my oil another worker cleaned my windows. Unfortunately my battery died. Embarrassed & worried I was disrupting their business the staff went over & beyond customer service. The girl gave me a hug & helped me clear my hatch to access my battery while the manager got his car hoping to charge & jump my battery with no luck. While waiting for my dad to come help. The manager checked & filled the air in my tires & the staff assured me I wasn’t a bother even offered to leave my car in the bay & look after my dog while I got a new battery. No doubt I will continue to appreciate the service & care given and use Take 5 for my car needs.
In the midst of a terrible start to my day, Take 5 in Findlay helped me when I needed it the most. I did not catch their names but whomever was working on 05/10/2026 truly turned my day around with compassion and kindness. I will forever be thankful they chose to be kind and help me when others in the area did not.
