Take 5 in Defiance is amazing! !!! The gentleman that were there they were very helpful. I travel for work and I was way overdue for an oil change. They did share with me the things that needed to be done to help my car run more efficiently. They also gave me a coupon to help since I was a little strapped on cash and didn’t get paid until the following day.
Beautiful people, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I go to Take 5 a lot. I really like the one on Lima Rd in Ft Wayne. They use a great marketing tool. With the bottle of water, they also give you a Take 5 candy bar. That made a huge impression on me. You should do that too. Everyone remembers chocolate...not water.

One of if not THE best place to get an oil change in defiance, the employees are all knowledgeable in what they do and they’re all very friendly and understandable when it comes to the pricing on things. You pay for what you get at those other places that are “cheaper”. These people go through everything they can and informed me on everything that they did to the car! Not to mention the free water at the beginning. Andrew and Jess did amazing and was the best customer service I’ve ever had at a quick lube. 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good quality oil change!
