Oil Change Service Gender Rd

I had my first experience at this location late on a Friday afternoon. I have never had a better experience at an oil change place! There were 2 employees, both were obviously stretched thin but were courteous and treated me as if I was their only customer. They gave me a bottle of water because there was a wait. They explained things that they were doing and didn’t push recommendations. They didn’t treat me like I was “a woman that didn’t know anything”. I truly appreciate that. My car is older and they made recommendations and told me when I should get them done. I will be back and have already recommended my husband and daughter as they both go to another lg chain (that starts with a V), and they have both had issues. (Never getting the oil life reset, tires not inflated, bolts removed and not replaced, high cost recommendations that they say are needed right now, etc)

Wynter the shop manager was great. You can tell she is in the middle of training everyone at this location and still never missed a step on providing excellent customer service . Wynter & her techs were knowledgeable and friendly and I will make sure to recommend this location every time .

The manager and staff was super nice. The time I arrived they greeted me with a smile and water. The service I received was second to none, they keep me informed, asking if I had questions. The manager was so helpful she explained to me all about my coolant system. They did the oil change the same way. I was pleased with their knowledge. Thanks to Wynter and her staff.
