Dean and his team at Take 5 Hickory were fantastic in helping me diagnose an oil leak. I had used them for my last oil change and noticed oil leaking from underneath my vehicle. Dean and the crew wasted no time in getting me in the bay and finding the cause, which was no fault of theirs. He even sent me the video he took from underneath and it showed exactly what the issue was. They even topped off my oil at no charge, even though I offered to pay them. Issue was a bad oil filter housing gasket, common occurrence among Kia Tellurides. Unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of what they are able to do, but totally understandable. I will continue to use them for my oil change needs in the future. Thanks guys for the great customer service.
a little salesy and i complied. But most women jsut want to do what they've gotta do and be done. Dont pressure us. I reasoned on the collant and am pretty sure it's been 70K since we bought. Googled and felt good about it. You should provide evidence when you offer services so peeps dont feel stupid, AND GIVE THEM ONE HOT minute to think about it. You cant google shit and then agree to other shit that you are sketch about. Give them a mintue. Maybe tell them up front whilst they are waiting so they can google if you are teling them the truth
Those guys acted like I was their only customer at the time. They showed me the results of the oil change and took the few extra seconds to clear the Maintenance light on my dashboard. Very pleased with the service.
Super impressed. Everyone was very courteous, and fast with what I needed done. I think the most important thing to me though was the straightforwardness and honesty. They checked my tires, checked my windshield wiper blades and filters in my car. They could’ve easily told me I needed to replace one or all of these, but they did not do that. I will most definitely be returning.
