Oil Change in Concord, NC at 1017 Concord Pkwy N

After fighting 5 o'clock traffic to get here, I was greeted by Austin with a nice cold water. A quick but powerful reminder why I have and will keep choosing this location for their "Excellent" customer service, their quality work and their prices. 10 Stars 🌟because a little kindness goes a long way.

I was a mechanic for many years and am leary as i can be of almost anyone else touching my cars. I do the majority of the services on my family’s cars. Some services i can’t do such as yearly state inspections. I’ve used this take 5 twice now for inspections and everyone here is amazing, friendly, and very professional. They offered me a bottle of water when i pulled up today and got me in snd out super quick. I’d consider using them for other services as well! Great find in a town of very questionable repair shops!!!

Called as soon as 8am hit. Not only did Ron answer right away, but he was so incredibly friendly and kind! He told us to swing by whenever worked for us, and we were there within ten minutes. As soon as we arrived, Ron came outside with a wonderfully welcoming demeanor and bottles of water for my husband and I (we both needed our cars inspected so we were in each bay).

Larry was great. He’s who I talked to the most. Had two other guys working on my car and they were kind and respectful.

Everyone at Take5 in Concord was polite, helpful, and efficient. I thought I needed an oil change, but they let me know I didn’t since my level and oil color were good and they showed me the dipstick to verify. My dog was TERRIBLE while they did my inspection, and they still offered him a cookie. I cannot praise them enough! I will always come back, probably without the dog though….
