Oil Change in Depew NY 14043 - Take 5 #1787

This is the best place I've ever gone to for an oil change. It literally took exactly 11 minutes. I got to stay in my car, which I appreciated because they didn't have to move my seat or touch everything with dirty hands. They give you a water bottle. Make sure you enter the garage from the back, not the front!! Cool people and they never try to upsell you. So as a woman I recommend this place, other women will know exactly what I mean. Plus they top off your oil and some other things if you go back like 200 miles before you're due for your next oil change. Give them your email because they always send out coupons. I go to the one on Transit in between William and French in Depew. Good place to go, thanks!! 🙏

3 times the charm! Fantastic service again this time from Derrick,Angel and Daniel, heading to Myrtle Beach with no worries because of your quick service and throughal inspection. Kudos to your manager for hiring such competent,friendly,knowledgeable technicians !

0 wait, super friendly and nice employees that explained everything (Dom and Allen I think). Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn't need. My coolant was completely empty, thank god they check all that stuff as part of the service! They even showed me how it was still boiling after flushing it! 🤣 100/10! Only place I'll go for my oil changes.

Amazing service technicians. Made me feel comfortable and confident in their servicing my wife's vehicle. I have been a customer with your company for my vehicle. But now you get to work.on my wife's as well. Had oil changed, engine compartment filter as well as cabin filter ) Not pressured at all regarding the filters. It was obvious they needed changing. In addition I was told the life expectancy of each filter for when to change them again. Great job.

I've been here 4-5 times. I typically do my own oil but not in the winter so bring myself and wife's car here. Never once has taken more than 15 minutes, always has been fairly priced, the manager cut me a break on pricing for bringing multiple vehicles which was very kind. A lot of misconception is out there that these places try to oversell, two trips ago they told me I needed a new catalytic and thought they were trying to oversell me. They weren't. My cat was absolutely smoked and needed replacing days later and had rusted out beyond recognition. That solidified my trust in their advice. Just went yesterday and the manager was familiar with my vehicle model so asked if she could inspect my cabin filter for me and I agreed. Boy was I glad. I'm at 120k miles and it was still the original filter from the Nissan factory that had turned black. Then she even discounted the new filter. I honk my horn every time I leave 5 stars for take 5. I wish I had the names of the people working on 1/10/26 in the morning because the three of them all did great work, were prompt, very professional and helpful, and I felt they did everything possible to ensure a positive experience.
